From my years of experience, I have come across many people who think that it is completely impossible to get skinny in 2 weeks. Others think that in order to lose all that amount of weight in such a short period of time, one needs to drastically cut short on the intake of calories, eat less, or start drawing a fasting time table.

It is highly advised to reduce the amount of sodas and fruit juices you take. This is because they contain a lot of calories that one needs to cut off so as to effectively reduce body weight.
When taking tea or coffee, it is advised to take it unsweetened or with reduced sugar so as to reduce the amount of calories you take into your body. However, there are many diet drinks available in the markets that claim that they are calorie free. It is greatly advised to stick to water as your drink during weight loss.
2. Reduce the Intake of Fast Acting Carbohydrates
When trying to lose a lot of weight within two weeks. It is advised to reduce the intake of fast acting carbohydrates. This is because these carbohydrates break down very fast in the body and provide a lot of storable energy that is retained in the body as fats.
Apart from producing a lot of energy, when they are broken down that fast, they leave someone feeling hungrier, giving one the desire to eat more food. Examples of fast acting carbohydrates include rice, potatoes and bread.

A good heavy breakfast also helps reduce the amount of additional snacks one takes in between the major meals. Most of these snacks contain a lot of calories that are greatly discouraged during weight loss. The major rule applied by many who observe this is the 30 grams of protein within the first 30 minutes of waking up.
4. Avoid Spending Lot of Time at Gym
It is important to consider that muscles also way just as much as body fats. Spending too much time in gym will increase the size of your muscles and reduce a very small amount of fats. Hence, simply retain the same body weight you had. A lot of people thing that spending a lot of time in the gym is one of the best ways on how to get skinny fast but in the real sense it is not.
